Looking for an easy, affordable way to support Cat Packs?

Our Meals in a Bag project is a great way for individuals, families, businesses, and community groups to help provide meals for students and families in need.
Each meal kit contains the ingredients for a simple meal, along with a recipe card explaining how to prepare it. All the ingredients can be purchased at Dollar Tree, Walmart, or your favorite grocery store, making this an affordable and accessible service project for groups of all sizes. Even young children can help shop for ingredients and assemble the bags!
Whether you'd like to put together a few meals with your family or organize a larger group project, every meal makes a difference.
How to assemble your meals.
Choose your recipe
Browse the recipes below and decide which meals you'd like to assemble.
Shop for ingredients.
Purchase all the ingredients listed on your chosen recipe card. Be sure to purchase enough for each complete meal kit. If you have any questions about ingredients, please ask!
Assemble your meal bags.
Place all the ingredients for one meal into a 1.5-gallon zip-top bag along with a printed recipe card. Repeat for each meal kit.
Drop off your completed meals.
Bring your finished meal bags to the main office at Leaders Heights Elementary School or the RED office at DAIS during regular school hours.
